| Return PolicyReturns & RefundsReturns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued after 15 days of postmarked receipt. All sales after 15 days are considered final. If within the 15 day window you wish to return an item, the return is subject to a 25% (percent) restocking fee. * Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items CANNOT be returned. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RMA #). The cost to ship the product will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. If you should need to return or exchange your purchase within 15 days: 1) All packages shipped back to NonLethalDefense.com MUST be in new and resalable condition, in manufacturer's original carton and contain all original packaging materials. 2) Include the original packing slip (or a letter) stating your name, order number and reason for your return or exchange. 3) When shipping merchandise back, cushion the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. 4) When customer has received a valid RMA #, he/she will be provided with a return mailing address to ship package. 5) Return the package prepaid (Sorry, we cannot accept COD's) 6) For maximum protection, insure your shipment for full retail value. 7) If returned merchandise is found to be damaged, tampered with, or otherwise not in a resalable condition, package shall be refused & returned to purchaser at additional expense. 8) Refunds may take up to 14 days to process following receipt of your return. * PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unique nature of some of the products we sell, purchases of the following items are considered FINAL and shall not be returned for a refund. Contact the manufacture for warranty repair: 1) Radio frequency detectors, phone tap & room bug detectors, phone tap nullifiers. 2) covert, hidden, or "nanny watch" type cameras; surveillance cameras, gas masks, quick escape masks & smoke hoods 3) Products damaged by misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or other causes not within our control. 4) GPS and cellular products experiencing reception problems caused by signal conditions or cable or antenna systems outside the unit. 5) Tasers, Stun Guns and Chemical Sprays. However, defective items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the original shipment, Exchanged items shall not be returned or re-exchanged for another item.
